Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships, complete with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries, including the U.K, Canada, Australia, and the EU.

Standard International: 7–16 business days
Please note that customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We use recyclable, biodegradable, and minimal packaging materials whenever possible.
Your candles are cushioned and protected without unnecessary plastic — because sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.

Shipping Delays

While rare, weather, postal strikes, or customs inspections may occasionally cause delays. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to help track your parcel.

Returns

We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at support@ecoworthpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

Your candle must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your candle arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no questions asked.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Used or Opened candles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

🕯️ What kind of wax do you use?

Our candles are made from a natural soy and coconut-apricot wax blend — clean-burning, vegan, and free of paraffin, toxins, or synthetic dyes.

🌱 Are your candles cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! Every EcoWorthPro candle is 100% cruelty-free and vegan, made without any animal-derived ingredients.

🔥 How should I burn my candle for best results?

To ensure a long-lasting, even burn:

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use.
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn (2–3 hours).
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets.

11 oz Candle: Up to 65 hours burn time
9 oz Candle: Approx. 50–60 hours
4 oz Candle: Approx. 20–25 hours
Burn time may vary slightly based on room temperature and wick care.

📦 What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives broken or incorrect, email support@ecoworthpro.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Yes! We offer personal message inserts and gift-ready packaging on select products.

All our candles are hand-poured in small batches in the U.S., using ethically sourced materials and clean, natural fragrance oils or essential oils blends.

💌 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase at support@ecoworthpro.com

Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes.

💚 How can I recycle or reuse my candle jar?

Once your candle is finished, remove any leftover wax and wash the jar with warm, soapy water.

Our glass jars are fully recyclable. or perfect to reuse as planters, pen holders, or elegant storage containers.
